Welcome to
the Marquette-Alger County Medical Society. We are a professional
association founded in 1902 consisting of area physicians advocating
the interests of patients and physicians with the goal of improving
healthcare.
Our society, a component of the Michigan State Medical Society,
is a proactive organization protecting and improving the quality
of medicine for all the citizens of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Our member physicians agree to abide by the American Medical Association's
"Principles of Medical Ethics" along with promoting
the science and art of medicine to better serve the public.
